The Municipality of Santo Tirso and the Amar Santo Tirso Association will promote nine dinners debate, with the participation of leading figures in various themes.

The Lanzarote Saramago’s window exhibition, from the photographer João Francisco Vilhena, is evident in Santo Thyrso Factory until 14 June.
It is a journal / notebook on the sensory and passionate look of the writer, seen and filtered through the eyes of a photographer who in 1998 was in Lanzarote to portray, and 15 years later returns to capture new images and feel the land in the middle of the ocean, he accounted for the only Nobel Prize for Literature of the Portuguese language.
The Portugal Coaches Confederation and the Municipality of Santo Tirso promote, on 6 and 7 June 2015, the Fifth Congress of Portuguese Speaking Coaches Coaches with the motto: Challenges for the Future.
This initiative has the ambition to be the largest event related to the Sports Training ever held in Portugal.
The congress will have a mixed model: on the one hand, plenary lectures with general subjects and, secondly, by type workshops with theoretical and practical components.
The conference sessions will take place on 6 and 7 June in the morning, having been confirmed names such as Carlos Carvalhal (Football), Mario Moreira (IPDJ) or João Paulo Villas-Boas (Professor).
The workshops will take place on June 6 (Saturday) from 14h00 to 19h00, and are held in conjunction with the Coaches Associations, associated Coaches Confederation, which will invigorate the workshop of their type. They are confirmed arrangements for Judo, Hockey Skates, Rowing, Volleyball, Triathlon, Golf, Handball, Football (Rui Quinta) and Futsal (André Teixeira).
This V Coaches Congress will be credited for the purpose of training of trainers for obtaining credits for TPTD: Training with 2 credits.
Congress has plenary sessions and arrangements for workshops and is approved for the purpose of TPTD – Title Professional Coach Sport!

Composed of seven concerts, three master classes, a workshop and two days of festival in schools, the 22nd edition of the International Santo Tirso Guitar Festival will take place from May 16 to June 6, 2015.
The festival will have the presence for the first time in Portugal of the German Joscho Stephan, the English Mike Dawes and the Argentine Pablo Márquez, one of the virtuous and most versatile guitarists of our time, among other names.
